Is it possible to hide specific columns in a data table with columns logic?

Do you have an example of how to do that?

I have an additional question, i need to sort that same table by dossier number AND by date.
Can i do that with the Sorting Enabled Logic?

No, this Sorting Enabled Logic just toggle sorting ability for the entire component. And sorting programmatically or sorting by more than one column is not possible at this moment.
