How was the user registered? Did you simply add it on the developer’s data console?
Yes added in the console to test.
It is a known problem and there’s a task BKNDLSS-15779 to fix it, still in progress. The problem only reproduces when registering users through developer’s data console.
We shall notify you in this topic as soon as there is a fix available.
