We’re really happy with Backendless and all the features it offers. But we’re having constant trouble using the service and now our users are also complaining. It’s about the speed. It seems to variate a lot but often we just get really long response times even for simple calls to Backendless, then the next moment it runs smoothly and fast.
We’ve tried everything we can on our side, is there something you could do on your side?

It’s just any functionality like using Backendless in webbrowser, making Rest requests or using it from our Android or Ios app.
The thing is that like half the time the response time is good, but the other half the times are slow… same functionalities speed can vary during the day.

If you encounter these problems again, please make a screenshots of requests and their response time.
It will help us to find and fix the problems. Without it is impossible to identify the issues that can cause long response time.
