Contact form of landing page not working

The contact form of our landing page (from Backendless template) gives the following error when users try to submit a message:

I checked email settings in the console - test passes and also registration confirmation emails are coming through.
The site can be found at http://www.helpapaw.org and AppId is BDCD56B9-351A-E067-FFA4-9EA9CF2F4000

Ah, my bad! I was considering only the mobile apps when I updated the security roles. Thanks!
