Convert timestamp from database to useable date

Hi,

I don’t know if its the right place to post, sorry for that.

My question is "how cam i convert a retrieved timestamp from the database back to a dateformat?
I get it back from the database but its a timestamp and i have tried multiple things in codeless but nothing seems to do the trick.
