Copy Free Project => Paid Project

Hi. Please can you tell me how to copy a free project to a paid for project?

I provisioned a new project in a new region but need to create a duplicate for use in production. Please can you advise the best way to go about this without me having a recreate everything from hand.

Hi Steven,

Here’s the process:

  1. Switch the project that is on the Springboard/Free plan to a paid plan - you will be charged $35
  2. Clone the project
  3. Return to the project from step (1) and switch back to the Springboard/Free plan - a prorated credit will be issued
  4. Contact us with the app id of the project from step (1) and we will transfer the prorated credit to the app that will be on the paid plan.
