Crash in backendless iOS SDK

Some time ago I contacted you with the issue in the Backendless SDK.
I’ve not received any feedback about 10 days.
Can you kindly let me know what the status is for this issue?
Please, get back to me on this issue ASAP, because the crashes in Backendless really affect how the app works!
