Create File Block (File API) ‘path’ syntax

I believe this error indicates the system couldn’t find the path. I’ve tried

• ‘/’
• ‘Data’ (produced the error above)
• ‘https://backendlessappcontent.com/A95F0078-C3C2-3B0A-FFC3-2C762ADA5D00/283E1FC3-AEEB-4F80-AF0B-9FC4A2006ED0/files/Data’
  This address is good, as it’s the path to a manually created file in the correct path. (‘Data’ is a directory in ‘Root’)
  

Is this a path syntax problem? If so, what is the correct syntax?
