[CRITICAL] Application stopped working

Hello, My application suddenly stopped working and giving me this in the Dashboard when selecting application from Cluster.

Backendless encountered an error while handling the request. An internal trouble ticket with ID bl-server:681C18EA-FD3D-45BA-81DD-34F37D4C6003 has been created and we will be investigating the issue.

We apologize for the issue. It should now be resolved. Please check and let us know if you encounter any further problems.

It seems it’s working now, but why did that happen because it greatly impacted our app.

There was a problem with the database. We began fixing it almost immediately after it went down. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
