Good Day all,
I am getting the critical issue:
Your application has exceeded a limit of the File storage on the current plan. All API calls will be blocked within 48 hours after the limit is exceeded.
I have deleted all backups and am fairly certain this is not correct.
My App ID is: FB172318-89F2-E225-FF10-9AC9657A9000
Kind regards,
Raymond
Hi, Raymond.
The file repo size was recalculated for you app, please check.
Could you please, describe more precisely, what are the backups you are talking about. How do you create them and how delete? It will help us in investigation of the issue.
Hi @oleg-vyalyh
It has happened across all three of my applications simultaneously, users are not able to access the applications. (Causing a few headaches for us).
This is what i mean that i have deleted all backups and it still hasn’t rectified the issue.
The apps that are down are as follows.
CB411F83-2292-179C-FF6B-D25974153100
11A796DF-2904-B69D-FF6C-1963FA4C3F00
Application FB172318-89F2-E225-FF10-9AC9657A9000 has come right since you recalculated the file repo size.
Kind Regards,
Raymond
I did the same for other two apps. You can check them.
Thank you, still getting the error however billing says the following in application CB411F83-2292-179C-FF6B-D25974153100
Something is definitely up with all calculators, this app is dormant at the moment with no users using it, yet the api calls are frequently jumping. File storage is also way out of whack.

Hi @Raymond_Woodley ,
I see no warnings in the application with ID CB411F83-2292-179C-FF6B-D25974153100
at the moment.
Regarding your application with ID 11A796DF-2904-B69D-FF6C-1963FA4C3F00
. I started manual file storage usage recalculation and usage didn’t change. You need to clear redundant files in your app to get usage below the limit or buy function pack to extend the limit.
Regarding API calls in the last app. I see in “Analytics” section that there is an activity in it. The application has 2 active timers which run every day.
Also I see that there are calls for file download using REST API key which means that some of client applications are active or they were made from UI Builder pages outside “preview” mode.
Regards, Andriy
Thank you Andriy,
The billing has dropped right down after the recalculate so all good there, i am still getting file error in app ID 11A796DF-2904-B69D-FF6C-1963FA4C3F00
I am at a complete loss as to how that much space has been used. There are no images and no real files. so i am thoroughly confused the only thing i can imagine is backups of containers.
Kind Regards,
Raymond
Hi Raymond,
Here’s a breakdown of the directory sizes at the root level for your files repo:
8.0K /email_templates
38K /import
69K /chart-builder
503K /codegen
662K /servercode
1.7M /Images
4.7M /visualizations
4.8M /logging
13M /web
148M /ui-builder
The total size of the repo is 308 MB.
The error should be gone.
Regards,
Mark
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your help, but still no luck.
Problem just wont go away…
Kind Regards,
Raymond
Hello @Raymond_Woodley,
Are you still seeing this warning? I just opened your app and didn’t notice any warnings. The billing usage modal also shows that your app is using just 308 MB:
It’s possible that you might have still seen the warning for some time due to caching in the billing service. Please let me know if you’re still getting the warning.
Regards,
Stanislaw
