Custom domain with CNAME works only one time

Hello!

I have set up CNAME record on my domain and map it to develop.backendless.com
When I have opened my custom URL, I have seen /web/index.html output. But if I refresh the page or try to open it in new browser tab - there is just white page. Did I set something wrong?

Hello,

Did you enter the domain name into Backendless console? (Manage > App Settings > Custom Domain)

Yes, I enter domain name into there (third level domain name).

In the DNS settings: CNAME my.domain.com develop.backendless.com 1hr (last is TTL)
In the console settings (custom domain): my.domain.com
Domain control is set by default to *
