I was copying files from one app to another. I have requested files zipping for source app and then upload and unzip for the target app. Some folders were lost. Their names were:
Гимнастика
Тест
and others in Cyrillic symbols. Those folders that have names in English only were successfully migrated.

I could share the zip file, but only to BackendLess engineers since data is private.

I tried to reproduce your problem by unzipping archive with Cyrillic file names. For Cyrillic folders and files I got ???? instead of Cyrillic characters and this folders/files became unavailable after unzipping.
Have you experienced same problem?

@Invited1, I have created internal ticket BKNDLSS-22219 for problem which I was able to reproduce. If you have got problem different from mine, then let us know about it and we will continue investigation.
