Data Table Filter Bug

If I type a double-quote symbol in the filter field of any column in the Data Table component, the entire Data Table resizes. See this screen recording.

Some questions about the Data Table component functionality. When using a column filter, is there a way to do a NOT search (i.e., all records not containing the text specified in the filter)?
