Expected Behavior

Please describe the expected behavior of the issue, starting from the first action.

  1. Deleted members from Users table, imported csv into Users table.
  2. Stuck on import, have not received any email saying it is complete.

Actual Behavior

  1. Nothing getting imported, table is empty.
