Database View not Displaying

I synchronized a database view from one application to another. I cannot see the database view in the application I deployed to. I tried recreating the view and received an error in the error details saying the view already exists. However, I don’t see the view in the database. My appId is 7E70A04E-297D-62DA-FF85-191102E75400

There are actually two views:
EpilepsyFriendsPending
EpilepsyFriendsConfirmed
