Debugging utility is disconnected ,while saving data, got fault how to resolve can anybody pls help on this

  2. Is it a service, or an event handler?
  3. Do you face this problem time to time, or not?

i have this problem also and confused with it
every thing is ok,but when i call api method for debugging(in api inspector) i see :
