I deleted my app but needed to move the files across before doing so and thought this had happened but it hadn’t been done. It was on the Cloud9 subscription model so I’m hoping there is a backup.

Hi Will,
We can restore the app, however, there is a fee of $200 associated with the routine. Once the app is restored, the subscription would have to be reactivated and then you can grab your files and subsequently delete the app. If you’d like to proceed, please let us know your application ID.
