Didn't intend to change to variable plan - want to stay on fixed

Hi, I was browsing the marketplace and saw a template I thought would be helpful to help me learn, and I purchased it - though I didn’t realize it would switch me to the variable plan instead of the fixed. I"m on a budget so I want to stay on the fixed, $15 a month, even if it means I lose access to the purchased template and the $5 I paid for it. Please can I be moved back to the fixed plan asap please :slight_smile: Thank you! I’ll read more carefully in future!

Hi Richard,

Please navigate to the Manage > Billing screen, and see if you can change the plan to Scale Fixed. Please let me know if it worked.
