Downgrade Package

Hi Team,
We are at Scale Fixed (Tier 8) Plan and our Due date for the Payment is on 08th of every month. Our next Due is 08th of the Month.

We intend to downgrade our package, let me know what is the exact date I can perform this activity so we don’t charge the same billing for the next full month.

Please inform it is Important.

You can select your new billing plan now and Backendless will schedule your app for plan change in the end of billing period. With this approach you will be charged only for the new billing plan at the 8th of August.

So you mean if I change Tier today which Tier will apply on 8th August, The new one or the previous one?

If you change your tier today then, on August 8 during renewal of your subscription, you will be switched automatically to new tier and will be charged only for the new tier.

For example, if you select “Tier 5” as new tier then at 8th of August, when your current paid period ends, you will be charged for “Tier 5” and your new billing period will be “Tier 5”.

Just a cross-check and as a confirmation,

I have submitted a change of plan request to Tier-4, How I will know it is changed as I am unable to see in the Application.

You will receive an email statement when the billing cycle ends. The statement will show the current tier level.
