ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused) while making network request

i’m getting this error while i’m trying to make a network call to backendless’s server :

Could not register device on Backendless server: failed to connect to api.backendless.com/1xx.x6.x9.xx4 (port 443) after 100500ms: isConnected failed: ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused)

dont know why i’m getting this searched for any similar queries but got nothing so far…

whats wrong here ??

Can you do a request to https://api.backendless.com from the browser from the same device?

well now its working fine but its happening so often , and i’m loading some contents using apis
