The confirmation email template isn’t founded: 404 file not found.

and so I checked the web folder and I didn’t find the templates folder to check the registration index.
how can I regenerate the registration index file?
You can create a new blank app, and copy this folder. Or download the attached zip archive, and unzip it in the root of your app files.
