I’ve downgraded an app project to “free plan”. I think I remember that, when the project is not touched for a while, an email reminder is sent before the app is deleted automatically.
Can you tell me after which time the email is sent?

You remember correctly! On the Free Plan, an application is subject to deletion after 30 days of inactivity.
Throughout this 30-day window, our system will send you a few automated reminders on your email:
- Around day 15 of inactivity: You will receive the first warning email.
- Approaching the 30-day mark: You will receive a final, critical notice right before the app is removed.
To reset the inactivity timer at any point, simply log into the Backendless console and perform any action inside the project, or trigger any API activity.
