Email Service error

Hi,

Yesterday, I got an email saying that the messaging service regarding a user’s request to change their password failed so, no email was sent. I tested it myself and I wasn’t getting any emails either. It took over 10 - 15 minutes to receive the email and everything’s fine again now (I made no changes).
Do you happen to know what the issue could have been or if you’ve encountered this before or if messaging services experienced any downtime or problems yesterday (05/15)?

yes, there was a temp issue with our mail servers, to avoid such issues we recommend you setup your own SMTP settings in your backendless app
