Email SMTP Login Issue

Hi,

In the Settings Console, email smtp settings that worked for me a few hours ago now suddenly gives me “username and password rejected” message. I’ve tried with both Zoho and Gmail smtp mail settings, to no avail. What’s the suggested solution to this?

Hi Ugo,

Do you get the error when you click the Test button? If not, please provide more details. Also, what email settings do you use for gmail?

I had to reset the email settings and then re-enter my SMTP details to get it to authenticate correctly.
