Email trigger for FTP update

Hi

This time it’s just to ask if someone can give me an idea of how to handle a services where an email it’s coming to trigger a process in Backendless? I don’t know how to start.

Also the process involves an image file transfer by FTP no a server. Can I send the files via FTP to Backendless and trigger a process directly?

This is something that both Zapier and Make (Integromat) can handle quite easily. You would configure a trigger (email received) and a corresponding action (do something in Backendless). We provide integration with both Zapier and Make:

OK, and what happened with the idea of handle the file coming via FTP could be possible to go directly to Backendless ?

That is something you need to handle in your own logic/code.

Finally I solved with SFTP To Go and Python.

Thanks for the information of Zapier could be a great solution but with thousand of triggers by day will cost to much.
