Emails not received through Backendless

Hello,

I am using a custom domain, and we are sending emails for the password recovery.
Some users complain that they do not receive a mail with the recovery link.
However the system is also sending mails to the same people which they are receiving.

Can it be that we need to setup a SPF-record in our host for eu-develop.backendless.com?

Do you use a custom smtp server configuration?

Yes i do

In this case the delivery of the emails is handled by that server.
