Error 11033 - Your app temporary blocked, please contact the Backendless Team to get more details

Hi all, I started receiving this error when launching an app that I’m working on:

App ID: 324A9FDE-D305-4736-918C-1FC3B841A728

I’m also getting a ‘Critical Issue’ button in the admin console. No details on what the cause - can someone look this up and let me know?

Hi Brian,

We looked into the problem. The app was blocked by our phishing detection system. The system identified several files that have the appearance and content that usually exhibits phishing techniques/behavior. A list of the detected files is shown below:

When we inspected the app manually, we could not find these files, so perhaps you or your team has already taken action to delete them.

The app has been unblocked. We recommend changing the API keys and/or adjusting the security permissions to eliminate the possibility that malicious users can upload the files again.
