Error 502 in App for the last 12 hrs

Hi team,

For the last 12 hours I am receiving error 502: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway) in the UI builder. The Backend runs good for now, but I am unable to load any frontend capabilities.
App ID: 3C3C18D3-7C64-9678-FFD9-EBB40D336C00

Is there any way to solve this today?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The file storage has been fixed for a while now. I just checked your application and unfortunately could not reproduce the issue on my side. May I ask you to check it again. Is it still reproduces for you? If you still have the issue please specify the page or container name, we will look into it.

Hi Marina, Frontend section is back on my side. Running a bit slower thou, but working overall. Thanks you for the fast response :grinning:

Glad it works for you. It really shouldn’t be slower. Please follow this for a while, and if you still have an issue, please let us know. Describe how we can check it on our end. Usually the first loading takes a little longer, maybe this is the case you saw.
