We have a table A with a relation to another table B which has a relation to another table C. Trying to build a view starting with a column in table A, we need to get something from table C. When trying to select the column in the view designer, we get a red error message saying that the column doesn’t exist — in a completely unrelated table?!
Our app is AE4235E1-DBB7-C6F0-FF4A-E0378B0B2B00. Trying to make a view starting with column in teacher_student_rels
table, need to get “student_referral_active” from profile_settings
table via “teacher_profile_id” (relation to profiles
table). Please advise and thank you
Hi @Alex_Klein,
I was able to reproduce your problem in production. I have created an internal ticket BKNDLSS-33026 to check this case after the release, because we have made changes to be released tomorrow, and in the test environment the problem is not reproduced. I will check it on production after the release and let you know the result.
Regards,
Marina
Super, thanks for the super fast reply/investigation
@Marina.Kan the issue is still there today, does it mean the latest release still has the problem? Thnks
Hi @Alex_Klein,
We had to reschedule the release. I am sorry for that. I will let you know when I have any results on the issue.

Marina

Hi @Alex_Klein,
We’ve made the release. I am no longer able to reproduce the problem. Can I ask you to check it on your side?

Marina
