Error: connect ECONNREFUSED

I logged this error from several APIs last night (10/18) at 7:22pm Eastern Time (-4 GMT), but I have received it fairly regularly.

The getStore API calls the DB using a Load Table object block. Is this an error when the DB isn’t available?

Let me clarify a few things:
Do you use the cloud version of Backendless? How do you get the log above? Where can it be found in your application? Are you talking about this application EEE25B20-17FA-97DDD-FF29-EC45A5072A00?



My APIs have try/catch blocks. When there is an error, I get an email. The above list of errors is from my email.

getStore seems to have the most cases of errors. It is in the Backend. API Services. Sellers. getStore.

Could you please share the timestamps of the emails with that error for the past week? Please specify the timezone of the timestamps so we can correlate it to the logs.

Thank you for providing the time points. Our engineer has reviewed the logs, and he cannot find the connection errors’ cause for now. We have added additional logs. This will allow us to receive information about such incidents. Hence, we will be able to investigate the cause and fix it. We’ll need more time for this task (an internal ticket for this BKNDLSS-34265). Thank you for letting us know about it. We’ll be looking into it.

Yes, it helps. Our devops is watching logs now and will answer when find the root of the issue.
