Good morning, I would like to inform you that, due to the numerous service disruptions (such as on April 24th) and the lack of resolution timelines, the management of our company is requesting an analysis for the discontinuation of the service. As a developer I’m very sorry.

What does the process look like for moving to the American cluster?

Hi @Kgothatso_Diale,

You can export your app from the Manage page under the App Settings tab using the Export App Zip option.
Then, on the US cluster, go to the Manage page and use the Import tab to upload and restore the zip file.
