Both when loading the UI builder interface and when making API calls, the EU server seems really slow this morning. Eventually things seem to succeed, but it takes (a lot of) time.

Just as a follow-up, the server has been getting slower during the day and as of now some calls are ending in timeout. As a result some users end up being logged off.
Could you provide an update and/or resolution estimate ? Thanks.
Could you provide us with the APP ID of the application? Are the Cloud Code related queries not working for you?

Cloud Code requests are timing out, whereas they normally encounter no issues
same problem here. UI, DB, API and the published app are all very slow
Any news ? Honestly have been waiting since morning and would really really like to hear about what is going on and what steps are being taken to mitigate the issue. This is quite serious.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on an issue with the EU cluster. The root of the problem is that the requests are not balanced properly causing one of the servers to get overloaded with requests and causing the slow downs for everyone.
