Yesterday, 19 Nov I tried several times to receive a verification code [approx 18:00 GMT].
Again today, I tried twice, and there were no verification codes.
I’m requesting code as I switch between different Macs depending on whether I’m at work or on the road.
Is there another way to pull down the latest UI interface without going incognito?

When I try to get a verification code to allow me to log into a new session with the UI interface & Console.

The code never arrives but if I try and log into the US console the verification code arrives BUT to access my console in the EU side I am asked to request another verification code but it is not sent from the EU servers.

Got it, you’re talking about Two-factor authentication verification code.
I was able to reproduce the problem. I opened a ticket for the team to fix the problem.
We will let you know as soon as the issue is resolved.

Thank, EU 2 step working now BUT to resond to your update the system required me to 2 step for US.
