Why is this cluster not authorized for my account?

Following your recommendations, I executed the log-out procedure from the application, cleared the browser caches, and reattempted the login process. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved, necessitating separate logins for accounts within the EU cluster and the NA cluster despite utilizing the same ID and password for these applications.
