Exceeded limit remain active in paid plan after deleting objects of a table

My application id is FAAC6BED-DDD1-AFF4-FF65-D5717185BD00

I’m receiving a message indicating that:
“Your application has exceeded a limit of the undefined on the current plan. All API calls are now blocked until the limits are increased.”

I deleted the elements that were exceeding the size limit of the tables so now I have 0. But the ammendment was made 16 hours ago and still is showing the message, that btw is not very clear about which limit I’m hitting.

Could you please help me return back the service to my users again?
