Exceeded limit remain active in paid plan after solving it

This was probably a caching issue, we cleared the cache and now the object count is correct.
Did you have a table with 20,000 objects before and deleted the whole table?

Will it happen again next time?

I couldn’t reproduce this behaviour, so probably it won’t.

I am also an administrator of the app (ID: 071BE2D1-F15B-A3B0-FF63-3EEBEF9F0300). We have hit a limit again and we have solved it but after a few days the limitation remains enabled so all the calls are blocked and our app is down. Could you please take a look again?
