I tried to export the data 3 times over the last days but did not get any email with a download link.
Can you please provide your application ID? Also, what checkboxes do you select when trying to do export?
Just sent it to the support email. I checked them all.

Maybe you should check your spam folder, because I received the archive after being added to your app.

Funny but I do not have any spam filters installed and I checked the folders of my email account.
And it worked before and I did not change anything in the mail account.
But the export I received is sufficient for now. Thanks.
