Failed to charge debt for app. This subscription is not eligible to accept charges

My credit card expired and i have already created a new one with sufficient funds and updated the card.
How do i make payments to uncanceled.

You need to navigate to Account (the avatar icon in the top right corner) → Billing → My Apps and change the Payment Profile for your application by selecting a valid one, and then retry the purchase.
