Failed to open stream: HTTP request failed - PHP

hello
guys, i have a problem with the sdk for php, the cuestion is that at
certain hours of the day i cant do requests from Backendless SDK for
PHP and it generate many troubles in my app, i would like know if
somebody know what is the reason to that it’s happen? and if somebody
have a solution, thankyou very much.

could you please describe in more detaile what problems you are getting, maybe some error messages/logs ets. Without this information it is impossible to help you solve these problems.

these are some error messages that i getting

*Warning: file_get_contents(https://api.backendless.com/v1/users/login):
failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!

*Warning file_get_contents(https://api.backendless.com/v1/data/Reserve?where=court.place.objectId+%3D+%275E9C111-0573-4B66E-FFD0-8EFE408F8700%27+AND+start_time+%3E%3D+1473742800000+AND+start_time+%3C%3D++1473829140000;sortBy=start_time+desc):
failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!

The cuestion is that those queries operate very good, but at
certain hours of the day more specifically at 18:00 to 20:30 (GMT+0) i am getting
this problems for working with my app.
