File Explorer Mission will not complete

Task: Create a file in Backendless Console

Please, describe your problem here.
Hi, I have completed several missions now. The File Explorer mission will not complete step 3. I have been careful to do it exactly as per the video, but no luck.

Try deleting the file in console and then creating it again.

Hi.
I have the same problem with the File Explorer mission. It shows 4/4 completed but no thumb up sign and the following mission is still locked.
