File Reference problems with EU instance

I think there are some problems with the european instance.
All file references of two of my apps are broken.

I hope you can find the cause for this problem this soon. Thanks in advance for your support.

Please provide your application ID and a sample object that has invalid file reference.

Same for me on EU cluster. No images are loading within my app …

Hi Inna, it is not the wait that bothers me. It is more the fact, that there is no manager on duty at the weekend for operational problems of the infrastructure. My perceiption is that it was a very easy and quick fix for that problem.
