I’ve recently been experiencing this memory issue and I’m having trouble figuring out where it’s coming from. I’ve had no new users add any profile pictures, would you be able to help identify where the memory issue is coming from?

Hello,
It is coming from the File storage of your app. You can access the file storage by clicking the Files icon in the vertical menu on the left or by going to the QUICK ACCESS menu, search for files and navigating to File service.

Yes I have been looking through the file storage, my concern is primarily based on where the storage problem is coming from. Does the size of the app make this file storage go up? I don’t have enough users for there to be a huge spike in memory consumption so I’m curious if it’s the application size that’s causing the problem.

We’ve re-evaluated the file storage for your application, and the updated calculation now shows that it’s using approximately 0.5 GB. This should resolve the concerns you were experiencing with unexpectedly high memory usage.
