Hello @vladimir-upirov
My understanding of Backendless Pro Community Edition was it was limited to 1 instance of the various services that make up Backendless.
For some weird reason, we have 10 instances trying to run simultaneosly for the following services:
bl-server
bl-rt-server
bl-taskman
bl-hazelcast
bl-web-console
All of the other services look normal.
Might this be a known issue that you guys have experienced before?
Mike
Hi Mike,
You need to get a support package for your installation so we can assist you with this issue.
Regards,
Mark
Hello @mark-piller
Unfortunately, that’s not an option for us right now.
Maybe after your support prices come down, or you have a monthly option for support, that might be doable for us in the future.
Mike
I understand. Unfortunately, we cannot provide both a free product and free support.
Mark
I didn’t say that it wasn’t working, Backendless is working just fine, it just has multiple instances listed in the console for each service that I listed above.
I thought that you might want to know that you might have an issue
Mike
Hey @mark-piller
From our experience, if a company does have a free product, there’s normally a knowledge base to potentially help when issues do arise. Such as Mongo DB Community Server, MySQL Community Server, etc…
Your installation instructions don’t even exist Mac OS/Windows - Backendless Pro Administrator Guide
Click on this at the bottom (Pro Manager instructions):
Just leads to a big fat:
404 Not Found
nginx
While there is a 404 which we will fix, it does not negate the fact that you would need to get a support package to get support for your installation.
Regards,
Mark
Yes, @Mark, I actually got that the first time that you said it.
