Something I would value intensely is a Freenode channel for backendless. This was a critical miss for Parse, especially since they had poor support to begin with.
I feel it would come to good use when minor questions pop up. That way you can get answers & ideas from both admins and other users quickly. Many of us here are in different time zones and communication travels slowly.
It may be very inconvenient to run such a channel for Backendless. But just to put it out there, I think it would be a massive lift for any mbaas provider to have a response channel where we can chat. For future consideration I suppose
