Frequent "400 Bad Request" when downloading images

Hi,
I’m not able to reliably retrieve images which I’ve stored using
the File REST Api. Downloading them using wget works barely half of the
times and returns a 400 Bad Request in the other half.

This is reproducible both for uploads done with my code (qt application) and with the online console. A quick example:

wget https://api.backendless.com/C8FEDFAC-2EFD-8785-FFE6-DA9D36648700/v1/files/images/the-starry-night-1889.jpg
