How can I set Roles Permissions on the ACL screen

According to this article I can set Roles based ACL permissions, but there is only the option for user based when I click on the ACL icon in the console. How can I restrict a individual record based on Role?

Hello, @Dennis_Nelson1.

ACL roles are no longer supported. You can still use the Users ACL.
