How does API calls counted and how many users are supported?

Hello, I want to know these things:

• In Cloud99 plan, there is a limit of 40,000,000 API calls/month. how many users can be accommodated with such API calls capacity?
• Is there any limit on request per second or per minute of API calls in Cloud99 plan? IF yes, what’s the limit?

User to API call correlation depends on how many API calls are made in a typical session of your app. If an app makes 10 API calls, then it would take 400,000 users (sessions) to exhaust the limit. Please keep in mind that the limit is not hard set, the app will continue to run, however, additional API calls will be extra:
