How to cancel the Backendless subscription?

How to cancel my Backendless subscription. Found nothing under Account nor Billing. Thanks

Hi @Joerg!

To cancel your subscription you have two options:

  1. Remove your credit card from application and subscription will be canceled on next billing date.
  2. Delete your app. In this case subscription will be canceled immeditelly.

Is this method still valid ?
I can’t find how to remove a card from an application.

Hello @Clement_C,

there is no way to “stop” or “pause” the subscription. Deleting an app is the only way to remove the subscription.
