Static HTML page hosting?

Unfortunately, we do not have such kind of Blueprint at this moment, however, I believe we will create one in future. Can I create a classified adverts website with this approach? This could be a problem since UI-Builder produces SPA (Single Page Application) and google/etc bots won’t be able to index it. We are going to solve the problem in the next year.
