How to publish from UI-builder?

In the UI builder there is two ways to publish: “container” and “market”. What should I choose?

The webapp is really simple Login and search.
It is only 2-3 people in my department that is going to use it and I am ready to let one of my colleagues test it.

Marketplace is intended for monetization of your work, e.g. for the template you build.
I think if the target audience is only your colleagues, just publish the app and they also be able to use your app by link without any issues.
